Ron’s experience:

Ron focuses his practice on handling child-custody issues and has been deeply involved in helping families and other attorneys in this difficult area for over 25 years. Ron has handled hundreds of child-custody disputes through negotiation, litigation, and appeals. In addition, Ron has deep knowledge and understanding of the laws and court decisions affecting child-custody in Kansas.  Ron has been involved in the drafting and passage of legislation on child-custody and handled appeals that have addressed the legal aspects of these issues. The standard, “in the best interest of the children,” not only permeates the court system, it is one Ron believes strongly in upholding.
