She participated on focus groups with emerging new organizations geared to work with treatment teams (such as the Lifespan Institute of the University of Kansas). She served as a partner in an integrated, inter-agency, grant-funded organization created to write protocols for the state of Kansas on dealing with identifying, educating, intervening, treating and recovering from the juvenile justice system for children experiencing a mental health disorder.
